Two vehicles collided on Tuesday March 23 when a driver allegedly failed to yield right of way. Officers were called to the 10 block of 25th Avenue North for a motor at about 4:30 pm. Police say 19-year-old Bailey Swanson of St. Cloud failed to yield to 20-year-old Hanna Nelson of Saint Cloud. That’s when, officers say, Nelson’s vehicle struck Swanson’s vehicle in the side causing non-life threatening injuries to Swanson. Swanson was taken to the St. Cloud hospital and was cited for failure to yield right of way.
