ST. CLOUD, Minn. — Heavy rainfall in the Granite City caused an immediate road closure in downtown St. Cloud.

Effective early Tuesday morning, 10th Avenue South under the Highway 23/Division Street bridge is closed due to flooding.

All traffic should avoid this area.

The road closures are clearly marked and detours are posted.
