Archived: Former Husky Weslosky Not on BSU’s Roster

It appears the Dogg Pound at National Hockey Center won’t be able to reintroduce themselves to former Husky goaltender Jase Weslosky this season after all. After sitting out this past year in order to allow for a transfer to Bemidji State, it appears Weslosky will not play for the Beavers this upcoming season. Bemidji State, who is entering their first year in the WCHA, released their roster for the upcoming season and Weslosky was not one of the three goaltenders listed.
Weslosky left St. Cloud State prior to last year’s campaign after being declared academically ineligible. He played three seasons at St. Cloud State, won 37 games and owns multiple school records.
