Saint Cloud State University is hosting “The Significance of the Victory of Jacob Zuma in the 2009 South African Elections” presented by Joleen Kotze.
Kotze is a professor of Political Science at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. The presentation will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Voyageurs North Room in Atwood Center. Everyone is invited to attend this open event.
