The Stearns County Board of Commissioners have agreed to grant Goatropers Bar & Grill in Farming, Minn. its liquor license, under strict conditions. Goatropers has failed compliance checks, selling to minors in 2004, 2005 and 2008. Between 2004 and 2011, there were 21 minor consumptions, each with possible citations. The owner of Goatropers, Anthony Thelen also has 24 counts of felony tax fraud for not filing Minnesota income taxes since 2004.

If Thelen is convicted of the existing tax fraud charges, or any of his employees have any future violations, Thelen’s liquor license will be revoked immediately.
