Starting Monday, Highway 23 to 85th Street Northeast in Foley will be closed due to road construction. 

Motorists will be re-routed on Highway 23, 4th Avenue North, Benton County Road 43 and 85th Street Northeast. Construction crews will install a new water main and sanitary sewer and upgrade Foley’s utility system.

The utility work is expected to be completed by late August and the entire four-lame expansion project will take a total of two years to complete.
