An accident that happened late Monday morning in Holding Township is under investigation by the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office. 57 year-old Leon Wiener was driving a van and collided with 38 year-old Fred Loehrer’s car at the intersection of County Road 17 and County Road 3. Holdingford Rescue and Gold Cross Ambulance responded to the scene. Loehrer was treated and released from the scene while Wiener was taken to the Saint Cloud Hospital.
