St. Cloud Police are looking for a suspect in a burglary that happened in the 100 block of 27th Avenue North Sunday morning.

The home owner was present when the burglar entered the home through an unlocked door and began searching through the owner’s belongings. The burglar fled out the back door after being spotted by the home owner. Police found the suspect fleeing on a bicycle in the 400 block of 26th Avenue North. He then abandoned the bicycle and continued to flee on foot. Officers set up a perimeter with the assistance of the Waite Park Police Department K-9 Unit and searched for the suspect. However, he was not located.

The suspect was described as a 30 to 35-year-old white man wearing black clothing, with a scruffy face, short brown hair, approximately 6 feet tall and weighing around 180 pounds. Anyone with information concerning this burglary is encouraged to contact the St. Cloud Police Department.
