An open forum hosted by the St. Cloud Area Regional Human Rights Commission will be held at the City Hall Council Chambers on Wednesday from 6 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. Discussions will include human rights issues and ideas for ending discrimination. Light refreshments will be served, and all are welcome to attend.
