The St. Cloud State University Men’s Hockey team finally opens their 2012 – 2013– and final– WCHA season this weekend against the University of New Hampshire. The Huskies, led by senior captains Ben Hanowski and Drew LeBlanc (Le-BLAH) and alternate captain Nick Jensen, have been selected to finish sixth by the media and fourth by the WCHA coaches in preseason polls. 

Friday’s game at UNH is slated for a 6:30 PM puck drop, and Saturday’s puck drop is scheduled for 6:00. Neither game this weekend will be aired on KVSC, but you can still receive game updates on the KVSC Hockey twitter page by following @KVSCHockey.
