A Hutchinson man is facing second degree murder charges in the death of a Little Falls man. 36 year old Jason Ray Dominguez was arrested Tuesday night in Hutchinson by agents with the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and Hutchinson police.

Dominguez is accused in the shooting a killing of 30 year old Dustin Joseph Brown, who died of multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was found early Monday morning in his mobile home, which had been set on fire. Neighbors reported hearing gunshots and investigators believe the fire was set to destroy the crime scene.

Dominguez is being held in the Morrison County Jail.
