Archived: Hwy 10 Bridge Construction Begins this Week
One of the main veins crossing over the Mississippi River in Little Falls will be under construction for the next four months. This week, crews will embark on a $1.7 million project to fix the Highway 10 bridge north of Little Falls. The bridge was originally closed to traffic in March due to damage from an ice jam. Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction throughout most of the project. The state Department of Transportation says the project should be completed by mid-September, weather permitting.
