Archived: Investigation of Gunshots Fired Leads to Three Arrested
St. Cloud police investigators have found a gun and have arrested three suspects believed to be involved in a gunshot incident Monday night. Police received reports of gunfire just before 7:30 p.m. near an apartment located at 1500 Sherburne Drive Southeast. Even though people were in the apartment at the time, no one was injured by the gunshot.
The St. Cloud Gang and Drug Unit investigation lead them to arrest 24 year old Craig Anthony James of St. Cloud. James is facing first degree burglary, second degree assault charges, along with charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm. A 22 year old man, A.C. Johnson of St. Cloud, was identified as an accomplice as well as 25 year old woman, Chrishauna Monae Moore, also of St. Cloud. Both are facing first degree burglary and 2nd degree assault with a deadly weapon charges. All three suspects are being held in the Sherburne County Jail.
