Officers were dispatched to the area of 24^th Avenue North and 15^th Street North after receiving a report that a man pointed a gun at a passing motorist, then got into a car and left the area. Officers found the car and the occupants were identified. A 16-year-old male from Willmar was arrested for terroristic threats and transported to the Stearns County Jail.
