More than 300 city officials from all around Minnesota will gather at the St. Cloud Civic Center this week for the League of Minnesota Cities Annual Conference. From Wednesday through Friday, mayors, city council members, and administrators will collaborate on how to survive the financial crisis as well as the breakdown of the state-local fiscal partnership. Dedicated to promoting excellence in local government, the League of Minnesota Cities was established in 1913.
