The St. Cloud Police Department is informing citizens that Douglas James Felix, a level 3 predatory offender, has moved back to St. Cloud.
 

The 39-year-old moved back to the 1300 block of Maine Prairie Road in St. Cloud and is not under supervision and his sentence expired in 2008. A community notification meeting is not being held in this instance because one was held when Felix first moved to St. Cloud in 2008.
