Six people were arrested early Friday (this) morning when St. Cloud Police officers responded to a loud party. The officers found that an apartment on 4th Avenue South was in violation of the city noise ordinance when police arrived; they say those inside refused to leave. When partygoers were given a three-minute warning, police say ten people left. At the end of the warning the remaining residents of the apartment were arrested. They were identified as 22- year-old Ryan Steven Boie, 22-year-old Brandon Kyle Schiefelbein (“Shyfe-oll-byne”), 21-year-old Michael Lawren Bottern, and 22-year-old Ryan Lee Washburn, all of St. Cloud. The four were taken to the Stearns County Jail on noise violation charges. Police also arrested 21-year-old Hillary Ann Kruger and 20-year-old Brianna Rose Graham for giving false name to police and under aged drinking.
