A 47-year-old Waite Park man is hurt after allegedly being hit in the head with a pipe over the weekend. It happened just before 7:00 Saturday morning on the 700 block of 4th Street South in St. Cloud. Police say 50-year-old Efram Jackson of St. Cloud admitted to hitting the 47-year-old victim in the head with a pipe. Jackson was arrested for assault. He is being held in the Stearns County Jail. The victim was brought to the hospital, where he was treated and released.
