A man with a knife allegedly threatened two people on the 13-hundred block of 3rd Street North at about 9:15 Tuesday night. The suspect was identified as 27-year- old Robert Stephanie of Saint Cloud. The police report says Stephanie threatened a 19-year-old woman and a 30-year-old man. He was located by Saint Cloud Police in the 400 block of 17th Avenue North and was arrested. Stephanie is being held in the Sterns County Jail for terroristic threats, 2nd degree assault, and a felony warrant out of Benton County for 3rd degree controlled substance. No one was injured during the incident.
