Police were called Tuesday afternoon to the 900 block of 9th Avenue South to a report of an intoxicated man with a weapon. Police say 51 year old Paul Forcia, from St. Cloud, threatened physical harm by swinging a tree trimming blade at another male and had also threatened to kill a 20 year old female from St. Cloud. 

Forcia was placed under arrest and is being held in the Stearns County Jail on charges of 2nd degree assault and terroristic threats.
