Two people were arrested in St. Cloud and are facing car theft charges. Police arrested 21 year old Markest Hunter and 18 year old Josephina Lopez on charges of possession of a stolen vehicle Tuesday afternoon. According to St. Cloud Police, the car was stolen from a St. Cloud address in early September, and was located in the downtown area on September 13th. Their investigation led to the arrest of the Hunter and Lopez, who are being held in the Stearns County Jail.
