St. Cloud Police believe they have caught a man involved in 29 local business burglaries. The Burglary Task Force along with the Criminal Investigation Unit, arrested 57-year-old Robert Allen Pfeifer of St. Cloud around 10:30 p.m. Sunday night for the alleged burglary of I-Beach Tanning.

Officers searched Pfeifer’s home in the 700 block of 14th Street South in St. Cloud after obtaining a warrant. Police believe Pfeifer is responsible for approximately 29 business burglaries over the last few months in St. Cloud and Waite Park.

Officials are currently identifying recovered property and contacting owners of the property they found while searching the residence. Pfiefer, who has previous burglary convictions, is currently being held at the Stearns County Jail.
