A St. Cloud man was arrested Wednesday on charges of disorderly conduct and fourth degree assault. Around 2 p.m. St. Cloud Police went to the 200 block of 3rd Avenue Northeast answering a call about a disorderly intoxicated man.

Police say the man, 48-year-old Eugenio Salinas Sanchez spit on one of the responding officers while being taken into custody. Sanchez is currently being held for court in the Benton County Jail.
