A man is in jail after allegedly threatening a woman with a knife. St. Cloud Police went to the 500 block of 9th Avenue North for a threats complaint Sunday around 1:15 p.m. A police investigation found that 42-year-old Thomas Gilbert Jackson of St. Cloud had threatened the 24-year-old victim with a knife.

A knife matching the victim’s description was found in Jackson’s bag. Jackson was arrested and is being held in the Stearns County Jail for domestic assault, 2nd degree assault and terroristic threats.
