A St. Cloud man has been arrested after allegedly assaulting a woman twice in the past two weeks. St. Cloud Police were called to the 2000 block of 15th Street North for an assault around 11 p.m.

November 28th. Police say a 26-year-old woman was assaulted and choked by her ex-boyfriend, 41-year-old Shaun Webb of St. Cloud.Webb interfered with the woman’s attempt to contact police and fled the scene before police arrived. Police returned to the home around 9:30 p.m. Monday after the same woman and her child had been allegedly assaulted by Webb who interfered with the 911 call before leaving on foot.

Webb was arrested by police Wednesday and taken to the Stearns County Jail. He is facing charges of first-degree burglary, interference of a 911 call and two counts of domestic assault.
