St. Cloud Police have arrested Michael Arthur Boelz for 1st Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct. The arrest came after an investigation of various incidents that took place over a period of time between 2005 and 2008.

Two juvenile female victims disclosed inappropriate contact between Boelz and them over that period of time. Boelz was arrested without incident and taken to the Stearns County Jail.
