According to St. Cloud Police, 22-year-old Andrew Retzlaff was driving his vehicle at approximately 1 PM when he was recognized by officers, who attempted to pull him over on outstanding felony warrants. Retzlaff fled from police through alleys on St. Cloud’s north side for approximately one mile, then fled on foot for a short time before being arrested.

St. Cloud Police say Retzlaff had a ten-year old girl in the vehicle during the chase. Retzlaff was taken to Stearns County Jail on felony controlled substance warrants, and for new charges of fleeing in a motor vehicle and child endangerment.

The ten-year-old girl was not injured in the pursuit, and was returned to her legal guardian.
