St. Cloud police pulled over a car for traffic violations and a citizen complaint on Monday. The driver, 54-year-old St. Cloud resident Richard John Graf was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Graf was taken to the Stearns County Jail where he is being held on charges of two counts of DWI, an open container in a vehicle and the violation of a driver’s license restrictions.
