A St. Cloud man lost control of his vehicle and ended up crashing into an apartment building Wednesday morning.  St. Cloud Police arrived at the intersection of 13th Street South and 6th Avenue South at about 10:00 a.m. for a reported car accident with injuries.  Officers say a car driven by Abdirashid Abdi was driving his car on 13th Street South when he lost control of the car. The vehicle left the road hit a stop sign, a tree and finally stopped inside an apartment building located at 53013th Street South. Two tenants of the apartment were home at the time of the accident but were not injured. Abdi was taken to the emergency room for minor injuries and ticketed for reckless driving.  The residents in the apartment that was damaged as well as those on the floor above had to move out until the building can be structurally reinforced.
