Archived: Man Facing Felony Narcotics Charges
A Holdingford man is in jail after allegedly drinking and driving, providing alcohol to minors and possession of drugs and paraphernalia.
Police initiated a traffic stop on a black BMW for driving with no tail lights at 11:45 p.m. on Saturday. A police investigation found that 20-year-old Ross Joseph Bialka of Holdingford had allegedly been drinking and driving underage, as well as providing to minors, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and felony possession of a controlled substance.
Officers had searched the BMW and found a small amount of Hydrocodone pills belonging to the driver. The three passengers in the car: 26-year-old James Ervin Owen, 18-year-old Candace Jean Wasner, and 20-year-old Brandon Robert Kollman were cited on various charges, including alleged minor consumption and open container in a motor vehicle.
Bialka is in the Stearns County jail for the above charges.
