A twin cities man is in critical condition after a crash Wednesday afternoon on I-94 near Monticello. The State Patrol says 26-year-old Katrina Cross of Chicago, Illinois, was driving in the left eastbound lane when she drove over the rumble strips on the left side of the road, overcompensated to the right, and collided with a car in the right lane, causing both cars to roll into the ditch. 54-year-old Richard Highum, the driver of the car that was hit, is in critical condition. Katrina Cross received minor injuries, according to the State Patrol.
