Nearly 2,000 middle and high schoolers from across the state will be on the campus of St. Cloud State Thursday to compete in the 43rd annual Mathematics Contest. In the contest, students will complete a one-hour written exam, appropriate for their grade level, in completition for individual and team awards. Freshman scholarships will be awarded to the top 10% of the high school seniors planning to attend SCSU this fall. Faculty from mathematics, statistics, computer networking, and computer science at SCSU have been preparing all year for the contest.
