A St. Cloud Metro Bus operator took first place at a national bus competition on Sunday.

Todd DeZurik won the 30^th National Community Transportation Association of America Roadeo in Palm Springs, California. DeZurik competed for his fifth time at the National Roadeo against 76 other operators and took home his second trophy for winning the event.

Ryan Daniel, the CEO of Metro Bus said, “We are incredibly proud of Todd and all of our Operators who compete in the Roadeo each year. Once again, Metro Bus has the safest Operator in North America!”

A local bus roadeo will be held at Halenbeck Hall on the campus of St. Cloud State on June 21^st if you want to check out Todd for yourself.
