A Mississippi man was arrested after allegedly trying to write a bad check at Best Buy in St. Cloud. Police were called, Wednesday just after 7:30 p.m. to the store on a report of suspicious activity.

Their investigation revealed that 20-year-old William Donnell Alexander tried to purchase items with a fake check. Alexander was arrested and taken to the Stearns County Jail to face charges of felony check forgery.
