Archived: MN Absentee Balloting Highest in Two Decades

Today is primary election day in Minnesota, and absentee balloting is the highest it has been in two decades. Secretary of State Mark Ritchie says election officials had accepted more than 26,000 absentee ballots as of Monday morning. In 2008 a little more than 21,000 absentee ballots were counted and less than 20,000 in 2006.

Polls are open until 8:00 tonight. To find out where you should vote, visit the Secretary of State website.
