The Minnesota State Patrol reports a motorcycle crashed in Monticello Township on Tuesday.

Fifty-five-year-old David Nervig of Monticello was heading west on Interstate 94 when he lost control of his motorcycle and then came to rest in the right lane. 

Nervig was not wearing a helmet and was taken to North Memorial Hospital for treatment of life threatening injures.
