Troy Daniel Roeloff, of St. Cloud, sustained minor injuries when he struck a bump near a manhole cover, causing him to lose control of the motorcycle and roll it into the ditch. Roeloff was wearing protective gear, including a helmet, leather jacket, and leather gloves. He was taken to St. Cloud Hospital for treatment of minor, non life-threatening injuries.
