The Minnesota-St. Paul Patrol reports that a motorcycle crashed head-on with another vehicle Friday night in Watab Township, near Sauk Rapids.

52-year-old Dale Maxson Jr. of Minneapolis was heading southbound in the northbound lanes of Highway 10 and crashed into the other car.

35-year-old Brandon Panitzke of Little Falls was the driver of the other vehicle and two more passengers were in the car during the crash.

Everyone involved in the crash was transported to CentraCare in St. Cloud and Maxson Jr. was treated for life threatening injuries.  Authorities say he was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident.
