Archived: New Concrete Paving To Start On Highway 10 Construction Project

Drivers traveling on Highway 10 between Clear Lake and Big Lake will notice the westbound concrete will begin to be replaced starting in Big Lake on Wednesday, May 16.

MnDot says construction Crews will be paving the new concrete from Big Lake to Clear Lake. Drivers will continue to use the eastbound side of Highway 10 for both lanes of traffic. State Patrol officers will be around during the construction to help direct traffic.

Signal lights will also be used to help direct drivers. Most of the construction will be taking place during the night. The project is expected to be finished in Early August.

MnDot and KVSC would like to remind drivers to please slow down, drive safely, and pay attention to construction activity through the work zones.
