Motorists can expect minor delays starting at 10 a.m. in St. Cloud Friday morning due to the completion of the intersection near the Crossroads Mall and Best Buy entrance. 

The City Engineers office will be transferring the signal system on the intersection of 41st Avenue South and Division Street. Drivers are being advised that the intersection will need to be operated in the flash mode until late in the afternoon Friday.
