A new construction project at the Water Treatment Facility in St. Cloud will cause road closures until 2023.

Beginning next Wednesday, 5th Avenue North will be closed from the hospital ramp entrance on 12th Street North to approximately 200 feet south of the water treatment facility.

The city engineer’s office says the closure is expected to last until July 2023.
