A New Years Day car accident injured a St. Paul man in the St. Cloud area. Police were called to the intersection of County Road 4 and Walnut Drive shortly after 9:30 in the evening. A car driven by 63 year old Donald Wayne Kussman hit 36 year old Justin Steven Lee who was walking on the shoulder of the road. Lee was transported to the St. Cloud Hospital for non life-threatening injuries. Charges are not being filed against Kussman at this time.
