Hockey season may be over, but St. Cloud State goaltender Ashley Nixon takes the ice this week as a participant in the prestigious 2010 Warren Strelow National Team Goaltending Camp. The event held by USA Hockey takes place until Sunday in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Nixon was among the select group of 12 woman goaltenders, including all three goalies on the 2010 USA Olympic roster, who were selected to take part in the festivities. The Blaine, Minnesota native is headed into her senior season with the Huskies and complied a 13-10-8 record last season for SCSU.
