UPDATED (2:30 p.m.) The City of St. Cloud says the non-emergency line is back up as of 1 p.m. today. It had been down for five hours.

Earlier today the City of St. Cloud was experiencing technical issues causing a disruption to the non-emergency, 320-251-1200 police line.
