Registered dietitians of the Central Minnesota Heart Center at the St. Cloud Hospital, Diane Giambruno and Jessica George will be teaching nutrition classes in the coming months.

Classes include “Heart Healthy Grocery Store”, where you can learn via a grocery store tour what foods to buy to help lower cholesterol.
“Shaking the Salt Habit”, to help you find hidden sodium and change over salting behaviors. And finally “Good For You Holiday Foods”, showing students how to make simple healthy snacks for the holiday season.
