Early Saturday morning 26-year-old Andrew James Kuduk from St. Cloud had been brought into the St. Cloud Hospital by officers. Kuduk had to be restrained because of his assaultive demeanor and ultimately spit at an officer striking him in the arm.

The officer needed no medical treatment for the assault. Kuduk was taken to the Stearns County Jail where he is currently being held on charges of 4th degree assault on a police officer.
