Law enforcement officials made 3 drunk driving arrests when they patrolled a stretch of road in Sauk Rapids this weekend. The Central Minnesota Reduction of Accidents for Safe Highways, or CRASH Task Force focused their efforts on Benton Drive last Friday night. In all, officers stopped 39 cars and issued 9 citations in that period of time. The goal of the task force is to reduce injury and death crashes through DWI enforcement.
