A Sartell man is in custody today after an attempted robbery around 8 p.m. Thursday evening. While on patrol St. Cloud Police responded to a fight in the 400 block of 33rd Avenue North. According to police report, the fight happened after 36-year-old Giovanni Antonio Guzman allegedly sold a small amount of marijuana to a 45-year-old man, he then pulled a replica gun and demanded money from him. 

Guzman was arrested for attempted first degree aggravated robbery, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and sales of a controlled substance. Guzman is being held in the Stearns County Jail pending his court appearance.
