A truck rolled multiple times while shearing off a power pole early Sunday morning near Paynesville.

The Stearns County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch Center received a notification from the truck indicating that driver was involved in an accident.  The Dispatch Center was able to locate that the accident occurred near County Road 33 and 233^rd Street in Zion Township.

Deputies arrived at the scene where they found the truck in the ditch and were unable to locate anyone with the truck.  A second vehicle arrived at the location of the crash with the believed driver of the truck in the passenger seat. 

32-year-old Brady Wuertz of Paynesville was taken to Paynesville Hospital for treatment of injuries and authorities believe alcohol was a factor in the crash.
