A man who is wanted by Fargo Police has been arrested in St. Cloud. 49-year-old Henry Leo Deniger Sr. was arrested at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the parking lot of a St. Cloud restaurant. Fargo Police requested assistance in locating Deniger who they believe is a person of interest in the murder of his wife, 52-year-old Kathye Raven Deniger.

Members of the Central Minnesota Violent Offender Task Force and the St. Cloud Police located the man and kept surveillance on him until investigators from Fargo arrived. Deniger was questioned by police before being taken into custody on grounds of probable cause. Deniger is being held in the Stearns County Jail awaiting extradition back to North Dakota.
